Easy-to-Understand Shipping Policy Overview

The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and every day we dispatch hundreds
of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of
our warehouses are internationally based, our shipping and handling times can vary, and
we are therefore unable to offer next-day delivery.


Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging, which can take an additional 1-3 days.


Shipping time: This indicates the maximum estimated time for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, typically within 10 to 15 days. However, in most cases, delivery is completed sooner.


Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
containing a tracking number, allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our
website at any time (link to tracking page).

Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@galuxurys.com.

PLEASE NOTE:

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment, so sometimes it may show you "Tracking does not exist." 
Please wait 48 to 72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
You can also send us your order number so we can chase this up for you.

 Order information generally becomes available 48 to 72 hours after you place the Order.
