Return and refund policy
At G&A Luxurys, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.
1. Returns

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.

Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@galuxurys.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
2. Refunds

Eligibility:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted in cases where items show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned outside the 30-day window.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@galuxurys.com.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
