Return and Refund Policy for Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be delighted with your fitness gear. However, if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
✅ We accept returns or refunds if:
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product (wrong size, model, or color)
• Your package was lost in transit and didn’t arrive
🚫 We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind after receiving the item
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• You no longer want the product
Important: Since our fitness products are shipped from international warehouses, returns are not cost-effective. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a full or partial refund without needing to return the product.
To request a refund:
1. Email us at support@galuxurys.com with your order number and issue details
2. Attach clear photos of the product and the problem
3. We’ll get back to you within 3 business days
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
